Day 148

Breakfast: muesli and yoghurt
morning tea: kiwifruit
lunch: leftover lamb stew and rice, apple
afternoon tea: gum, burger rings, rashuns
dinner: sweetcorn, roasted vege and couscous with salad and feta, glass of red wine
after dinner: chips, yoghurt, 3 crackers and cheese
