  • chocolate (from a friend at work - very sickly)

  • Banana (got hungry about 12ish and my lunchbreak isn't till 1pm

  • Toasted sandwhich with tomato and cheese

  • Kiwifruit

(after lunch tempted for chocolate as per usual habits, but was not hungry!)

Dinner

  • sausage and white bread
  • carrot sticks
  • coleslaw

After dinner

  • Hot chocolate
  • ONE chocolate biscuit (and there is more in the fridge!!!)

Verdict: Looking back on this I didn't eat ANY fruit today!! I was also rushed and didn't drink much.
