(after lunch tempted for chocolate as per usual habits, but was not hungry!)

  • sausage and white bread
  • carrot sticks
  • coleslaw

  • ONE chocolate biscuit (and there is more in the fridge!!!)

Verdict: Looking back on this I didn't eat ANY fruit today!! I was also rushed and didn't drink much.
