Breakfast: Muesli and yoghurt, kiwiberries
Morning tea: kiwiberries, mandarin
Lunch: pancake, corn thin with marmite, fruit
Afternoon:
Dinner: 2.2 fish cakes, oven fries, salad with capsicum and cucumber, carrot, 1/2 tub yoghurt
After dinner: 1/8 ks bar chocolate, icecream cone, cones, few chips
