Breakfast: toast with marmite
Morning tea: crackers and cheese
Lunch: cinnamon scones
Afternoon: 2 chocolates,
Dinner: 2 fish cakes, capsicum, carrot, cucumber, nectarine
After dinner: icecream, prunes, crackers and cheese
