Breakfast
  • 1 1/2 pieces with low fat cream cheese (ugh! why did I buy that stuff!!)

Morning tea

  • date scone
  • 2 chocolate chippies

Lunch

  • 2 wholegrain crackers with cheese

Afternoon

  • potato chips
  • m&ms

Dinner

  • fresh pineapple
  • homemade vege soup

After dinner

  • A WHOLE PACKET OF CHOCOLATE BISCUITS!!!
