Day 28

Breakfast

  • 2 weetbix & milk

Morning tea

  • Hot water

Lunch

  • Brown rice & sweet chilli tuna
  • Chocolate bar

Afternoon

  • Sugar free gum
  • Afghan biscuit

Late afternoon

  • Corn chips

Dinner

  • Steak brushed with canola oil to cook
  • Pesto
  • Salad, capsicum, cucumber, 1/4 avocado
  • pink bun
  • yoghurt
  • 2 chocolate biscuits

Verdict: Looking back on this I didn't eat ANY fruit today!! I was also rushed and didn't drink much.
