- 2 pieces wholemeal toast with cream cheese
Morning tea
- chocolate (from a friend at work - very sickly)
- Hot water
- Banana (got hungry about 12ish and my lunchbreak isn't till 1pm
Lunch
- Toasted sandwhich with tomato and cheese
- Orange
- Kiwifruit
(after lunch tempted for chocolate as per usual habits, but was not hungry!)
Afternoon
- sugar free gum
- hot water
Dinner
- sausage and white bread
- carrot sticks
- coleslaw
After dinner
- Hot chocolate
- ONE chocolate biscuit (and there is more in the fridge!!!)
