Breakfast
  • wholegrain toast with flaxseed oil/lite cream cheese
  • water

Morning tea

  • milo half milk

Lunch

  • bite of yucky chicken pie then threw the rest away
  • 6 pieces of sushi

Afternoon

  • sugar free gum
  • 2 rice cakes
  • apple

Dinner

  • Salmon yoghurt pasta
  • 2 chocolate biscuits
