  • Toffee pop bar (midday)
  • water

Lunch

  • butter chicken pie
  • pear

Pre-dinner

  • Glass of wine

Dinner

  • Handful of prunes
  • Corn chips with chill beans, sour cream and cheese

Post dinner

  • Marshmallows
  • 2 choc wheaten biscuits
  • Prunes
  • Cruskit
