Lunch (3 to 9)
- piece of cheese
- two small pancakes (on the way out the door)
- large chicken iskender (rice, salad, chicke, sauce)
- orange juice
- nougat honey log (on the way home -was already an 8-9 at this point!)
Afternoon
- few chips (8)
- few prunes
Dinner (not sitting for a meal as such - but grazing while getting kids dinner) (8 to 9)
- 3 chicken nuggets
- carrot
- cucumber
- grated carrot and cheese
- tiny bit of capsicum
After Dinner (8-9)
- 2 jelly beans
- hot chocolate
- chocolate icecream in cone
