Day 46

Breakfast (3 to 6)
  • muesli w homemade yoghurt

Lunch (3 to 9)

  • piece of cheese
  • two small pancakes (on the way out the door)
  • large chicken iskender (rice, salad, chicke, sauce)
  • orange juice
  • nougat honey log (on the way home -was already an 8-9 at this point!)

Afternoon

  • few chips (8)
  • few prunes

Dinner (not sitting for a meal as such - but grazing while getting kids dinner) (8 to 9)

  • 3 chicken nuggets
  • carrot
  • cucumber
  • grated carrot and cheese
  • tiny bit of capsicum

After Dinner (8-9)

  • 2 jelly beans
  • hot chocolate
  • chocolate icecream in cone
