Morning tea

  • 2 small wholegrain crackers with edam cheese

Lunch

  • leftover vege stack

Afternoon

  • 2 crumpets with golden syrup
  • handful of chips
  • most of a bag of chocolate fish

Dinner

  • fish and chips in the park
