Breakfast (3 to 5)
  • 2 pieces of toast with spread
  • piece of apple

Morning tea (4 to 5)

  • Milo (half milk/half water)

Lunch (3 to 6)

  • cheese and tomato toastie
  • gold kiwifruit
  • green kiwifruit

Afternoon (6 to 8)

  • whole bag of lollies
  • sugar free gum

Late afternoon (7 to 8)

  • afghan biscuit
  • toblerone

Dinner (8 to 9)

  • potato tuna crockpot dish
  • salad and cucumber
  • small glass of wine

After dinner

  • 4 gingernuts
