Day 58

Breakfast
  • muesli and yoghurt

Morning tea

  • hot chocolate
  • sugar free gum

Lunch

  • pesto pasta leftovers
  • green beans
  • apple

Afternoon

  • sugar free gum
  • (no snackbox or lollies!!)

Dinner

  • Roast chicken
  • a little broccoli (was old)
  • roast potato and kumara with rosemary
  • carrots
  • glass of red wine

After dinner (8 to 9)

  • 3 cookies
  • icecream in cone
