Morning Tea

  • Almonds
  • Chocolate chip biscuit

Lunch

  • large chicken kebab
  • few chips
  • sip of coke

Afternoon

  • sugar free gum
  • cookie

Dinner

  • bowl of muesli with yogurt
  • small bowl of chips
  • 1/4 bar kingsize chocolate (caramello)
  • 4 chocolate chip cookies
