Lunch (4 to 7)
- sweetcorn fritters with sweet chilli sauce
Afternoon (7 to 8) (tired)
- 2 nougat honey logs while out walking
Dinner (4 to 6)
- few crisps
- two pieces wholegrain toast with avocado/yoghurt/little sweet chilli sauce/cheese
After dinner (6 to 7)
- chocolate icecream
- hot chocolate
- 2 jelly lollies
