Day 66, 67, 68

(Can't remember much of last few days - usual weekend eating)

Breakfast (3 to 5)

  • 2 weetbix & milk
  • apple

Morning tea (5 to 7) (bored and a little stressed)

  • 4 homemade afghans

Lunch (4 to 7)

  • sweetcorn fritters with sweet chilli sauce

Afternoon (7 to 8) (tired)

  • 2 nougat honey logs while out walking

Dinner (4 to 6)

  • few crisps
  • two pieces wholegrain toast with avocado/yoghurt/little sweet chilli sauce/cheese

After dinner (6 to 7)

  • chocolate icecream
  • hot chocolate
  • 2 jelly lollies
